The FS400R07A3E3 IGBT offers 400A collector current (Ic) and 750V collector-emitter saturation voltage. This IGBT also features low inductance and high current rating. The FS400R07A3E3 IGBT is ideal for applications like electric vehicles, IC engine vehicles, automotive applications, and inverters.
