Other Function Optoelectronics

Other function optoelectronics are electronic components that utilize the properties of light to perform various functions beyond basic lighting and communication applications. These components can include optical sensors, photovoltaic cells, and optical switches.

Optical sensors are devices that detect and measure the presence or absence of light, as well as its intensity and wavelength. They are used in a variety of applications, such as in industrial automation, medical equipment, and environmental monitoring systems.

Optical switches are devices that use light to control the flow of electrical signals. They are used in telecommunications networks, optical computing, and other applications that require high-speed signal processing.
