Qorvo QPA9121 Driver Amplifier is a wideband, high gain, and high peak power driver amplifier providing 27dBm P3dB with 28dB gain. This amplifier features a 2.3GHz to 5GHz operational frequency range, DC power shutdown, and 50Ω matched RF input and output. The QPA9121 Driver Amplifier incorporates the shutdown function through the VPD pin. This device provides excellent DPD correction with 5G signals as wide as 160MHz. Typical applications include TDD/FDD system, mobile infrastructure, general purpose wireless, and 5G m-MIMO.
