These devices integrate onboard CMOS control logic with a low-voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and typically require no external components. HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance. This innovative feature of the UltraCMOS process provides performance superior to GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
