Sirenza Microdevices -RFMD Company Overview Founded in 1985 as Matrix Microassembly Corporation, Sirenza Microdevices changed its name in 1992 to Stanford Microdevices, Inc. and finally in October, 2001 became Sirenza Microdevices.
