Lite-On Optocouplers / Photocouplers are available in standard single, dual, and quad channels. These devices are in Dual-In Package (DIP), Small Outline Package (SOP), Shrink Small Outline Package (SSOP), and Long Small Outline Package (LSOP). The Optocouplers / Photocouplers are offered with transistor, triac, high speed, darlington, IGBT drive output, and AC input configurations. These Optocouplers / Photocouplers serve various applications such as switch mode power, battery chargers, fax modems, home appliances, telecommunications, and industry controllers.
