Infineon Technologies ILDx DC-DC LED Driver ICs for High Power LEDs are hysteretic  buck ICs designed to drives high power LEDs for general lighting. These ICs  support currents from 150mA to 3A, making them the ideal choice for high- and ultra-high-power LEDs. Efficiency can be as high as 98% across a wide range of operation conditions. Both PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) and Analog Voltage dimming options are available. Integrated smart thermal protection, along with overvoltage and overcurrent protection, contribute to a longer LED lifetime.
